What You'll Need
- Mason jar
- Shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper
Once you have the ingredients for your Camp Scramble (green peppers, mushrooms and chili powder work great, too), you are ready to prep. Place all ingredients in Mason jar and seal. Keep this cool, preferably in the cooler.
What To Do
- When you’re ready for breakfast… heat up the pan, SHAKE the jar and pour it in the pan
- Cook and spice to taste
I’ll be honest, I was nervous that the spinach or eggs would spoil, but these work great and hold for at least 48 hours. No mess at the campsite, no transporting eggs or bags of produce. Score!
