If your product has failed to perform to your standards because of defects in manufacturing, materials, or design, we want to know about it and help make things right. If your product has been damaged by way of regular outdoor wear and tear, we may not be able to replace it but we'd be happy to help you repair it. EXCHANGE A PRODUCT: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include: order # or last name of the person who placed the order, the item you'd like to return, the item you'd like to exchange for, and the best shipping address for your new order.
RETURN A PRODUCT: Enter your order # below, excluding the MS order code, to receive your prepaid shipping label and return an item. You will be refunded the original cost of the product, minus shipping and tax. We cannot cover the cost of international return shipping.
