Returns & Exchanges
All returned items must be in original (unused and unwashed) condition to be eligible for a refund. If your returned items are found to be in unsatisfactory (notable wear, odor and/or damage) condition, your refund may be adjusted.
For quality assurance purposes, all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned orders received outside of the 30 day period may be returned to original sender, or refunded in gift credit. If you have any questions about returning/exchanging your purchase please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Email us at email@example.com with your order # or last name of the person who placed the order, the item you'd like to return, the item you'd like to exchange for, and the best shipping address for your new order.
Exchanges will not be charged a Restocking Fee, and new product/s will ship from our warehouse as soon as the returned product/s are received and inspected.
RETURN A PRODUCT
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # or last name of the person who placed the order, and the item you'd like to return.
An $8 Restocking Fee will be applied to all final returns. Refunds are issued once our warehouse has received and inspected the returned product/s.
